Well, though Tim got most of the punchlist items done, he's having trouble getting the bricklayer to finish the job. Hopefully that will happen next week, but we're not holding our breath.
As it turned out, the bricklayer finished on June 22, officially completing all work on the project. We settled up the last bills with Tim, thanked him profusely, and now face the monumental task of actually moving in!
