Our most useful storage tent, no longer available from CostCo for $150, but is available from Portable Garages for $350, still a deal.
An old cast iron light fixture Dave found at Whole House Building Supply and Salvage for $10. I removed (most of) the paint and repainted it with a clear coating.
The salvaged redwood door we'll use for the bathroom door, also in the (arduous) process of paint removal
All our plumbing and electrical fixtures, on the porch awaiting installation
